Cancelation, No Show & Return Policy

We value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all of our guests, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
• No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
• We understand that emergencies happen, and we’re happy to make exceptions when appropriate.

We offer a 30 day store credit or exchange policy for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging along with proof of purchase. No refund or exchange will be given if products are opened or damaged.
